Aside from having calibrated meters, taxi drivers should also have online payment services available for cashless transactions. Lastly, taxis and TNVS that will resume operation are also required to have a valid Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) and Provisional Authority (PA) and observe the maximum passenger load or 50% of the passenger capacity.
