#cheap lcd tv

So I've just been told by my friend that the new shipments of the KTC LCD TV have arrived and been delivered to their resellers in Gilmore. Then, there's the new 42-inch LCD TV too which they sell for only Php23,500. Can't believe how cheap they are offering it but considering their 32" is already at the Php13,999 price point, the price of the 42-incher seemed at par. I'm not very familiar with LCD TV prices these days but when I saw this one by Qube, I thought their 32" 1080p Full HD LCD TV seems to be the cheapest I've seen for some time. Could this be the cheapest locally distributed laptop ever?
