Dell Philippines formally announced the release of the Inspiron Mini 9" in a launch party this evening. Dell Senior Marketing Manager Karen Gonzales confirmed today the release of the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 in the Philippines. During the Philippine launch of Intel Atom this afternoon at the Manila Ocean Park, I approached an executive from Dell to confirm the release of the rumored Dell Inspiron Mini 9. Dell's UMPC flagship unit is now called Inspiron 910 (formerly dubbed the Dell E and E Slim series) and is reported to be launching on the 22nd. According to Gizmodo, Michael Dell is secretly lugging what could be an Asus Eee PC 900 or HP Mini-Notebook 2133 competitor. It looks like an 10" Dell Inspiron mini-laptop to me. Dell has announced two new laptops to the market, the Inspiron 14 Plus and the Inspiron 16 Plus. The Dell Inspiron 14 Plus comes with either an Intel 12th Gen CPU or an AMD Ryzen 3000 series SoC.
