The Philippine government has ordered local ISPs to ban access to porn sites in 2014 but was only felt last month when popular adult sites became inaccessible pursuant to the Republic Act 9775 or the Anti-Child Pornography Law. Cookie-cutter porn websites are outsourced to freelance web designers that starts at $1,000 a pop.
