This is the reason why Globe Telecoms, in partnership with its sister company Touch Mobile (TM) launched a new initiative that will limit, if not eliminate these situation, by allowing prepaid patrons to loan a load denominations and/or subscription to prepaid promos/services. Unlike the Ayala-owned telco’s current Emergency SMS Service offer, however, the Promo and Load Loan initiative allows prepaid subscribers to borrow load denominations (up to Php20) or choose from a variety of available prepaid services/promos that they wish to loan.
