We gave our first impressions with the O+ Fab Elite 2.0 last December. Design and Construction At first glance, one might mistake the Fab Elite 2.0 as a gigantic Samsung Galaxy S4. Lollipop 5.0 is still a rare find especially for MediaTek powered smartphones like the Fab Elite 2.0. Conclusion As we wrap-up our review, the Fab Elite 2.0 from O+ is decent phablet with a 1GB RAM bottleneck that limits its multitasking capabilities since it has a 6.5" display, perfect for watching and editing files on the go. On our previous post, we mentioned that it’s going to take more than a sturdy build for the O+ Fab Elite to win over the tough local crowd, particularly if it costs a grand shy of Php20,000. Display and Multimedia The Fab Elite’s 6.5-inch screen is undeniably its most striking asset. But it’s not only the sheer size of the Fab Elite’s display that impresses us; it also has an IPS panel which provides a decent viewing angle, as well as a respectable pixel density of 339ppi to boot courtesy of its 1080p resolution.
