Last week, Facebook announced that it would limit the spread of misinformation about the novel coronavirus or COVID-19. Today, Rob Leathern, Team Leader of Facebook's ads and business products, has tweeted that they will be banning ads that sell medical face masks. Facebook Marketplace is introducing new AI features to simplify how people buy and sell items. Meta has started rolling out new AI-powered features on Facebook that let users add more personality to their profiles, posts, and Stories. Facebook is also introducing Restyle for Stories and Memories. Shopee and Meta have announced a new partnership that allows users to discover and buy Shopee products directly while browsing on Facebook.
