Meta has officially brought NFT (non-fungible token) support across its social media platforms. [caption id="attachment_318383" align="alignnone" width="720"] Image/ Meta[/caption] Meta took to Twitter their announcement in which users can now post digital collectibles that they own via their digital wallets and share them across Instagram and Facebook. We’re introducing the ability to post digital collectibles across @facebook and @instagram. You can now connect your digital wallet to either app to share your #NFTs on both. This move comes after the company's expansion to 100 countries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas for access to Instagram NFT functions last August 4th. Instagram will begin testing digital collectibles in showcasing NFTs this week with select US creators. [embed]https://www.facebook.com/zuck/videos/734113884613230[/embed] Starting this week, as announced by Meta Newsroom and the head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, creators can now test the waters in earning income through NFTs on Instagram. Fans can also soon support their favorite creators by purchasing their very own work as NFTs, whether it be in the form of art, image, video, music, or even trading card.  CEO Mark Zuckerberg has also expressed his sentiment on bringing NFTs into Instagram and the future of it in a talk with Tom Bilyeu.
