As a part of Facebook's efforts in protecting their services from abuse, the social media giant has removed a number networks they have flagged as spam, consisting of fan pages and accounts in the Philippines. A total of 95 pages and 39 accounts were removed from Facebook for violating the company's spam and authenticity policies, by encouraging users to visit "low quality" websites that contain little substantive content and are full of disruptive ads.
