Globe Telecom will start accepting pre-orders of the new Samsung Galaxy S5 today with the Platinum Subscribers getting first dibs on the handsets which will be offered in various plans. Well, it looks like Samsung is ready to come up with a competitor through the release of the Galaxy Glasses later this year. The Galaxy Glasses will run Samsung's in-house One UI XR. Both devices are expected to officially debut at Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event, which is heavily rumored for July 22, 2026, in London. The Samsung Galaxy A27 5G starts at Php 18,990 for the 6+128 GB variant and Php 21,990 for the 8+256 GB model. Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Book 6 Edge, its first laptop powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon X2 Elite processor.
