The next feature Google introduced to Android tablets is the ability to open separate windows of the Google Drive app simultaneously side-by-side. The new features will be rolling out in the coming weeks with Google announcing that it plans to add even more features for Android tablets down the line. CapCut has launched a new app called CapCut Pad for Android tablets, bringing more advanced video editing tools and a larger editing workspace designed for bigger screens. Available now through the Google Play Store, CapCut Pad aims to offer what the company calls “desktop-level” video editing on Android tablets. CapCut Pad is now available for download on supported Android tablets. Google has started rolling out a redesigned Google Wallet app for Android alongside new Google Pay verification features announced during Google I/O 2026.
