Google announced their latest generative AI models on Vertex AI with Veo and Imagen 3. There are two new generative AI models in Google's Vertex AI called Veo and Imagen 3. Veo can use a static image and animate it based on instructions or a prompt given to it. Google states that Veo is the first hyperscaler to offer an image-to-video model which companies can use to assets to create dynamic visuals. Text to video is also possible with Veo. Based on Google's blog post, it seems that companies like Honor, Agoda, Quora, and WPP are using generative AI. Google I/O 2024 shared a ton of announcements today, with Gemini and AI taking center stage. Unlike previous Google I/O keynotes, this event didn’t involve hardware announcements or teasters.
