Google announced their latest generative AI models on Vertex AI with Veo and Imagen 3.

There are two new generative AI models in Google’s Vertex AI called Veo and Imagen 3. Veo can use a static image and animate it based on instructions or a prompt given to it.
Google states that Veo is the first hyperscaler to offer an image-to-video model which companies can use to assets to create dynamic visuals. Text to video is also possible with Veo. This is currently in private preview as of writing this article.
Meanwhile, Imagen 3 is available for all Vertex AI users starting next week. This allows its customers to create images based on text prompts that they input. It is said to surpass its previous versions of Imagen.
Based on Google’s blog post, it seems that companies like Honor, Agoda, Quora, and WPP are using generative AI.
