#GoPro battery

GoPro accessories maker Polar Pro has unveiled one of its latest products dubbed as PowerPole. It’s a short monopod that extends the reach of your GoPro, and also doubles as a powerbank which can give up to 8 hours’ worth of juice for your action camera and/or other electronic devices. Inside the PowerPole’s aluminum body lies a 5400mAh battery which, as mentioned earlier, can be used to charge your GoPro and gadgets that you brought with you on your trip. Found on the tip of the pole, just before the GoPro mount, are two full-size USB ports that allows users to charge two devices at the same time. Luckily for the team, the PowerPole was an instant hit for GoPro users and has managed to exceed its goal which was set to USD25,000. This particular model looks like a large AA battery with a curved mid-section. The ports are found at one end of the battery -- a micro-USB port for charging the battery itself and a regular USB port for charging any other device from the battery. The aMagic battery has a maximum charge capacity of 2600mAh which is pretty decent for its size and weight.
