Grab notes that it takes all concerns and allegations with utmost seriousness. Through this partnership, Grab driver-partners helped gather over 20,000 network samples during the survey period. Grab drivers can also benefit from better navigation and more reliable app use while working. Grab has launched a pilot of its Driver AI Ambassador Program in the Philippines. Grab says the program allows it to produce more educational and factual content efficiently while keeping stories grounded in authentic driver input.
