Qualcomm has introduced the Snapdragon G3 Gen 3, the latest addition to its G-series lineup, specifically designed to enhance handheld gaming consoles. It can drive displays up to QHD+ resolution at 144Hz, catering to high-refresh-rate gaming needs.  Several manufacturers are set to release handheld gaming devices powered by the Snapdragon G3 Gen 3. Qualcomm has announced new chipsets—Snapdragon G Series—specifically designed for next-generation handheld gaming devices. Snapdragon G Series: Snapdragon G1 Snapdragon G1 powers fanless handheld gaming devices for game streaming, whether local or via the cloud. This will allow for a wider range of handheld gaming devices and form factors. And expect more handheld gaming devices to come equipped with Snapdragon G Series Platforms. Acer has expanded its gaming lineup with the launch of the Predator Atlas 8, a new Windows-based handheld gaming device designed for portable PC gaming. The handheld also supports ray tracing and Intel XeSS 3 AI upscaling technology for gaming performance improvements.
