Then we have these things called diffusers from HealthHack PH, which claims to help you stay productive at work or relax before going to bed. The HealthHack PH diffusers have two models. HealthHack PH calls them "Blends." For the Focus, it's Roselle, Jasmine, Cinnamon, Sweet Fruit Flavor, Propylene Glycol, and Vegetable Glycerin. When it comes to the effects, HealthHack PH says that the Focus promotes productivity and clarity and helps in creativity and concentration. We tried it during our work hours, but didn't notice any drastic effect, although the inhaling and exhaling activity removed the sleepiness and provided some boost in concentration, which is what it claims to deliver, a "boost." For the Dream, HealthHack PH says that it promotes zen and sleep and helps improve the mood and destress. Checking HealthHack PH's website doesn't show any scientific documents proving its effectiveness. The diffusers are priced at PHP 800 each but also available in bundles.
