Huawei is set to announce the Mate 10 this October and it is expected to run on the new HiSilicon Kirin 970. Details of the Kirin 970 have been sparse but a recent report indicates that it will be running on an ARM Cortex A73 quad-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.8GHz paired with another Cortex A53 quad-core processor. The Huawei Mate 10 will be launched on October 16 in Munich, Germany. Huawei has expanded its flagship tablet portfolio with the launch of the Huawei MatePad Pro 2026. This slate is powered by Huawei’s new Kirin T93 chipset, paired with systemic thermal improvements to maintain high-sustained clock speeds during continuous multi-window multitasking.
