Huawei's very own powerbank has just landed. The 13,000mAh powerbank retails for Php1,090 in stores. We first saw the unit back in April during the regional launch of the Huawei P8 and P8 Lite in Singapore with one of the local executives who told us to wait a couple of months for the powerbank to be released in the Philippines. The Honor AP007, as this particular unit is referred to, looks like the typical Xiaomi 10,000mAh powerbank -- right up to the design and build materials. The Honor powerbank has a higher capacity though at 13,000mAh and sold for Php1,090. Huawei makes some of the most interesting little gadgets around and when I visited their booth at CommunicAsia yesterday, they've got a dozens of Pocket WiFi and USB sticks for all sorts of cellular network on display. The one above is the Huawei WiFi E589 which supports LTE, 3G and 2G connections with speeds up to 50Mbps. This one is the Huawei E398 which is an LTE USB dongle, similar to the one being used by Smart LTE Evolution.
