The HUAWEI Sound Joy 2 is now official, with noticeable changes like its Devialet branding being removed. HUAWEI and Devialet previously collaborated in the production of this device’s predecessor, as the latter specialized in developing sound drivers. The new speaker is equipped with the brand’s new quad-unit HUAWEI Sound System. The HUAWEI Sound Joy 2 packs a 8,800mAh battery just like its predecessor, which is good for 26 hours. There’s also Tap to Transfer and Shake for Stereo gestures should the user have another Sound Joy speaker. This one, a Huawei Mobile WiFi Touch, has a touch screen interface but has the same specs as the regular Huawei E5. When it was first announced, the Huawei MediaPad promised a great combination of specs, updated Android OS and an affordable price.
