Huawei has released a mid-range device in Jordan that's still on Android 9, the Huawei Y8s. The Huawei Y8s sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS display, with a Kirin 710 chipset under the hood. Interestingly, the Huawei Y8s ships with EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9 out of the box.
