Price and availability The 212W HyperCharge Power Bank is priced at PHP 4,599 and will soon be available in Xiaomi stores nationwide. The International Civil Aviation Organization has approved new rules limiting power banks on flights to two per passenger and banning their use for charging during flights, which started on March 27, 2026. However, airline crew members may still carry and use power banks as part of their duties.
