Similar to the iQOO Neo5 5G launched in March, the Lite variant sports the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G processor, up to 12GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage, and a 16MP front camera. The vivo iQOO Neo5 Lite, however, sports a 6.57-inch FHD+ LCD with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 4,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging. On the other hand, the iQOO Neo5 boasts a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED and a 4,400mAh battery with a 66W flash charge.
