Canon has just announced its all-new imagePROGRAF TC-20, its first desktop 4-color pigment ink large format printer with A1 plus capability. Addressing the growing need for high-quality large-format printing in small workspaces, the compact TC-20 facilitates hybrid and remote work in various industries, particularly the architecture, engineering and construction, education, and retail industries. The TC-20's main selling point is its small footprint as a large-format printer. Compatible with free software and applications such as the PosterArtist, the TC-20 offers superb ease of use as with other high-end large format printers in the imagePROGRAF series. Epson has launched its next-generation T-Series Technical Drawing printers which the company claims are designed to deliver high speed, high performance, and high precision printing for the engineering, architecture, and Geographic Information System (GIS) markets. The new new batch of T-Series printers have retained well-received features from the first generation like large waste tanks, ‘permanent’ print heads, and a choice of cost-effective ink cartridges. Complementing those is an optional large format 36-inch scanner which enables configuration of a complete multi-function solution for high-resolution scan, copy, and share.
