LG's latest Android smartphone is this mid-range handset called LG Optimus Sol (LG E730), probably a replacement to existing handsets such as the Optimus Chic (LG E720). This 9.8mm device uses AMOLED display instead of the proprietary Nova display LG used in the Optimus Black. Don't know if that's an admission that their very own Nova Display (used in the Optimus Black) isn't at par with AMOLEDs. smartphones -- the LG Optimus One and the LG Optimus Chic. The Optimus One and Optimus Chic might not be available locally until December or later and though LG has not indicated the suggested retail price for these smarphones, it could be in the same price range as the first LG Optimus GT540 (which is under ~Php13k).
