#macOS 26 update

Apple has confirmed that iOS 26, iPadOS 26, watchOS 26, macOS 26, and visionOS 26 will roll out on September 15, 2025. The updates introduce the new Liquid Glass design language, with a focus on translucency and fluidity. The iPhone 17 series will ship with iOS 26, but the update will also be available on iPhone 11 and later models, including the 2nd generation and newer iPhone SE. macOS 26, also known as macOS Tahoe, will be available for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models with Apple silicon starting 2020, the MacBook Pro 16-inch (2019), MacBook Pro 13-inch (2020, with four Thunderbolt 3 ports), iMac models from 2020 and later, Mac mini with Apple silicon, Mac Studio (2022 and later), and the Mac Pro (2019 and later). It is still listed as coming this fall, with reports suggesting it could launch alongside an updated Apple TV 4K. Sharp has committed to three Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates. Adobe announces a wave of new features for its Creative Cloud suite, including updates to Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom. Leading the update is the general availability of Assisted Culling in Lightroom now, made stronger with Face View.
