Looks like Meizu is officially landing in the Philippines with a bang with the Meizu Pro 6 smartphone as their first offering. The former is still under construction while the latter already has a Meizu Pro 6 as their cover photo. Our source tells us that Meizu will indeed launch the Pro 6 as its initial offering in the country. The Meizu Pro 6 was announced back in April and packs a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Helio X25 deca-core CPU, 4GB RAM, and a 21MP camera. That said, we're going to pit it against another elite smartphone with similar specs, the Meizu Pro 6. The Meizu Pro 6, on the other hand, also has a capable camera, Gorilla Glass 4 protection, NFC, and thinner and lighter body. As for the price, the Xiaomi Redmi Pro, at 1,999 Yuan (~Php14,140) for the top-of-the-line model, beats the Meizu Pro 6 which starts 2,499 Yuan (~Php17,700) for the 32GB model, going up to 2,799 Yuan (~Php19,800) for the 64GB. Meizu has announced that it will launch its latest smartphone, the Meizu Pro 6, in Beijing, China next week.
