Manila Electric Company (Meralco) started deploying 69 electric vehicles (EVs) to heighten efforts to create sustainable modes of transportation under the Green Mobility Program. This new batch of EVs comprises cars, vans, pick-up trucks, and motorcycles to cater to the transportation needs of their Business Centers and Sector Offices which adds to the 60 EVs already being used by the Meralco field personnel.
