Meta has announced a new Meta AI support assistant across Facebook and Instagram. The Meta AI support assistant is aimed at improving user support and strengthening content enforcement. The assistant can answer questions, resolve account issues and even take action on tasks like reporting scams, resetting passwords and managing privacy settings. The company says the assistant can respond in under five seconds. Alongside this, Meta is expanding its use of advanced AI systems to detect harmful content more accurately. Meta AI has been launched and is coming to Meta’s social media platforms in Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and even Messenger. Announced late last year, Meta AI is powered by their most recent large language model (LLM), the Meta Llama 3. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg also claims that this is currently the most sophisticated free AI assistant available.
