Microsoft has announced that it is now removing the waitlist and expanding its set of features for Microsoft Designer. Microsoft Designer was originally announced last October 2022 as an AI generative graphic design app. Designer allows users to simply describe what they want and with AI technology, users can get a one-of-a-kind image with text, visuals, and design suggestions. Other improved features Microsoft mentioned were the ability to easily resize designs, create animated visuals, as well as fill, expand, erase, or replace a background. Microsoft Designer can also now help generate captions and hashtags for social media posts. Furthermore, Microsoft has integrated Designer on Microsoft Edge by adding it to the sidebar for seamless integration. Along with the launch of new Surface laptops and PC last week, Microsoft introduced a graphic design app to add in its Office offerings called the Microsoft Designer.
