Microsoft Philippines contacted me a couple of weeks back and asked if I could try out the new Office 2013. Last week Office 2013 reached RTM Milestone. That means copies of Office 2013 is now being readied for distribution. Microsoft has also announced that customers who bought Office 2010 starting today will be getting Office 2013 for free. I tried the preview copy of Office 2013 and even shared copies to people so they can try it out. While we still don't have any touch-capable laptop to use with Office 2013, I'm pretty interested to see how it works from that perspective (I've actually pre-reserved two units of touch-screen laptops from Asus that my contributors can use).
