Announced just this April, Microsoft's Surface 3 is another attempt to strike a better balance between a tablet and a laptop at a price category of a typical netbook. For the purpose of this review, we got the Surface 3 with 64GB storage and 2GB of RAM (which we bought from Best Buy during our recent trip to the US) while higher variants come with 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage. Nevertheless, with a thin and light Windows 8.1 tablet like the Surface 3, Microsoft has finally gotten a good and affordable productivity tablet on the table. Microsoft has been experiment with the tablet-laptop hybrid and we think the Surface 3, along with the Surface Pro 3, has finally found the right mix between form, functionality and price. Microsoft has launched the Surface Laptop 5G for business users, powered by Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors and built-in 5G cellular. Alongside the new Surface Pro 12-inch, Microsoft also introduced the new 13-inch Surface Laptop.
