Google has renamed NotebookLM to Gemini Notebook, expanding its reach across the Gemini app and Google Search. Google is also bringing notebooks directly into the Gemini app, with full cross-app syncing between the two platforms. While Gemini Notebook remains a standalone research tool, Google is rolling out an update that gives every notebook a secure cloud computer, allowing it to write and execute code natively for more accurate data analysis. HP is introducing a new line of netbooks as an update to its Mininote 2133. This time the HP Mini Note 1000 drops the sluggish Via processor for an Intel Atom CPU. The Mininote 2133 has had a lot of negative reviews for its slow processor, heat dissipation and relative weight.
