(Mislatel) that acquired its congressional franchise back on April 19, 1998, is now called Dito Telecommunity Corp. The Mislatel or Dito Consortium led by the Davao-based businessman Dennis A. Uy is comprised of Mislatel, Udenna Corporation, Chelsea logistics, and China Telecom. To know more about Mislatel, read our article here. Mislatel Consortium, comprised of  Udenna Corp., Chelsea Holdings, and China Telecom, has been declared by the NTC as the provisional third NMP. Out of all the companies that bid to be the next NMP, only Mislatel Consortium, comprised of Udenna Corp., Chelsea Logistics Corp., and China Telecom, passed the initial evaluation.
