Mislatel Consortium, comprised of Udenna Corp., Chelsea Holdings, and China Telecom, has been declared by the NTC as the provisional third NMP.

Mislatel, or the Mindanao Islamic Telephone Company, garnered a score of 456.80 points in their HCLos (Highest Committed Level of Service) bid. The HCLoS method includes criteria such as area coverage and internet speed.

According to the DICT, all that’s left for the consortium is the document verification phase, which will take place within three calendar days.
