Mislatel Consortium, comprised of Udenna Corp., Chelsea Holdings, and China Telecom, has been declared by the NTC as the provisional third NMP. We've already known since last year that a third telco player is entering the Philippines. Just last week we've learned that there are quite a few more companies interested in partnering with the third player. The deadline for DICT to select a third player is in March, so we're only about a week away from that decision.
