XPPen officially launches the Artist 16 3rd, a new drawing display designed for beginners and aspiring digital artists.

A key highlight is its dual X-Dial Shortcut system, paired with eight customizable keys. The system enables users to execute common tasks, which include zooming, undoing actions, and changing brush sizes without needing to use a keyboard, which results in better working performance.

The Artist 16 3rd uses a 15.4-inch Full HD display which delivers accurate color reproduction and can display multiple color gamuts, thus making it perfect for artistic work. The system uses nano-etched glass, which decreases glare while it delivers a drawing experience that resembles drawing on paper.

The X4 Smart Chip Stylus, which comes with the product, enables users to control 16,384 different pressure sensitivity levels, which allows for precise input that responds well to even the lightest drawing movements.

The Artist 16 3rd was unveiled in Los Angeles on April 17, 2026, with an emphasis on striking a balance between cost, portability, and use. The Artist 16 3rd, which is priced at USD 319.99 (PHP 19,059.88) for early customers, is marketed as a useful entry-level option for students, enthusiasts, and artists who are just getting started with digital art. Stay tuned for wider availability.
