Samsung has revealed Low-Power Double Data Rate 6 (LPDDR6) RAM which has already received an award. This offers around 21% better energy efficiency than its predecessor, LPDDR5 RAM. Samsung has announced that LPDDR6 has already received the CES 2026 Innovation Award Honoree under Mobile Devices, Accessories & Apps. There is no word on which device will be the first to have LPDDR6 RAM. The processor is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Kodak has also added themed photo filters and frames inspired by camcorders, internet culture, and classic software from the Y2K era. Quite a number of users have already been using their new uMobile SIMs too (7.19%) while fledgling Sun Cellular 3G is still down there.
