Designed for a more immersive surround-sound experience, Apple’s spatial audio is only accessible through compatible speakers or headphones such as the AirPods Pro and AirPods Max. Since it's hazardous to be walking in public with minimal spatial awareness, an "Ambient Sound" mode lets some surrounding noise in. The new JBL Live 680NC and JBL Live 780NC offer Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0, Spatial Sound, Hi-Res Audio, and battery life of up to 80 hours. These feature JBL Quantum Spatial Sound, customizable QuantumENGINE software, and modular replaceable parts for long-term use.
