The new Air is pretty impressive at first glance -- the thin and light form-factor gets very high scores and to think that it has an aluminum unibody adds to that great engineering feat. Over-all, the new Macbook Air is very promising. Apple has introduced a new MacBook Air powered by the M5 chip, bringing faster performance, improved AI capabilities, and larger starting storage to the company’s thin and lightweight laptop. The new MacBook Air is available in 13-inch and 15-inch models and comes in Sky Blue, Midnight, Starlight, and Silver. Apple said the MacBook Air with M5 can deliver up to four times faster AI performance compared to the previous M4 model, and up to 9.5 times faster than the MacBook Air with the M1 chip.
