Huawei is expanding its foldable lineup with the upcoming debut of the HUAWEI nova Flip. This will be the first-ever foldable under the nova Series, and the company has shared a teaser video showcasing the foldable's design. The Huawei logo is prominently displayed at the hinge, while the bottom panel bears the nova moniker. Further confirming the product name, the teaser video included Morse code spelling out "Flip." We can therefore expect the device to be officially named nova Flip. With the launch event scheduled for August 6, the company will reportedly unveil the nova Flip alongside other products including the MateBook GT 14, MatePad Air 2024, MatePad Pro 12.2 and more. Huawei’s nova lineup could be getting a foldable twist with claims about a mid-range foldable smartphone. As reported by Huawei Central, sources familiar with the matter say a flip-type foldable nova Series could see a release in early August. Another report (via Gizmochina) claims that the nova foldable was supposedly set for release in May but was postponed due to unspecified reasons.
