We all know about NVIDIA’s desktop lineup for graphics cards, but did you know they also have a mobile version of it? NVIDIA relaunched the Max-Q series with several partners, namely Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Gigabyte, Lenovo, MSI, and Razer to reintroduce the newest technologies in the Max-Q series through the GeForce RTX 3080Ti and RTX 3070Ti laptops. Now being the fourth generation of Max-Q technologies from NVIDIA, let’s break down what’s new and how users can take advantage of them. With this in mind, NVIDIA has developed a technology called the CPU optimizer that makes CPUs more efficient while gaming or rendering. This new technology from NVIDIA basically switches off GPU cores while overclocking others for productivity tasks, which NVIDIA claims gives three times the performance boost.
