As a result, Olympus will be carving out the Imaging business and will be acquired by Japan Industrial Partners (JIP). Olympus Global just announced its new compact and lightweight camera: the OM-D E-M5 Mark III. Olympus also equipped the OM-D E-M5 Mark III with their new 5-axis image stabilization unit so the TruePic VIII image processor can enable up to 5.5 shutter speed steps. Olympus' new sports camera adds more to the table in the form of Stylus Tough TG-Tracker. In this category, only two camera makers have been successful in making the Micro Four Thirds system: Panasonic and Olympus. We have the Panasonic Lumix GX7, arguably the company's most enthusiast-focused mirrorless camera yet (Php67,924), and the Olympus OM-D E-M10 which is great for outdoors (Php49,295).
