OpenAI is starting to roll out their newest agent Operator globally. OpenAI's Operator is an agent that is said that it can use its own browser to perform tasks for you. This is OpenAI's first agents that allows the AI to do the work for you independently. Operator is only available to OpenAI's Pro users so far. It will soon be available to Plus, Team, and Enterprise users soon and will have ChatGPT capabilities in the future as said by OpenAI. OpenAI is reportedly developing a unified desktop app that will combine ChatGPT, its browser and the Codex coding tool into a single platform. According to reports from CNBC and The Wall Street Journal, the project will be led by Fidji Simo, OpenAI’s Chief of Applications with support from Greg Brockman.
