OpenSignal, a London-based company that specializes in wireless coverage mapping, has releasesd their State of LTE report for Q3 of 2015, showing the LTE speeds of Smart and Globe. According to OpenSignal, Globe has an average LTE download speed of 10Mbps for this quarter. This gives a rounded-up average speed of 8Mbps on OpenSignal's report, placing it at 60th place out of the 68 countries on the list. Compared to Q2 2015, Globe has an average LTE download speed of 11Mbps, while Smart is at 5Mbps. Methodology The company drew data from the hundreds of thousands of OpenSignal users that have LTE-capable phones and connect to operators with live 4G networks.
