Blizzard Entertainment has announced that Cross-Play is coming to Overwatch soon, allowing players from different platforms to team up. In addition, everyone who logs in to Overwatch by the end of 2021 will receive a Golden Loot Box as a reward. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoAxB9xbajg&ab_channel=PlayOverwatch To elaborate, all console players will be required to make a Battle.net account and link it to their console (Xbox, PSN, Nintendo) accounts. The Overwatch Cross-Play Beta will officially launch soon on PC, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox. Along with Diablo 4, Blizzard has also announced the sequel to their hit shooter, Overwatch 2. Players that have played the first installment of the game shouldn't worry, because their progression will be carried over to Overwatch 2.
