Users who have availed of Personal Protect and Mobile Protect are advised to instead look forward to new insurance products. Maya noted that these are coming soon, and users with ongoing policies for these services are advised with the following: Maya Protect will be removed from the app because of service discontinuation beginning on April 15. Additionally, customers holding active Personal Protect and Mobile Protect policies can still enjoy the benefits provided by Maya. With the new PayMaya Protect feature inside the PayMaya app, users can now access affordable health insurance coverage and mobile service plans with just a few steps. PayMaya offers different plans such as Personal Protect and Mobile Protect. Personal Protect offers health insurance that can cover dengue and COVID-19 medical expenses as well as Permanent Total Disability caused by accidents, dengue or COVID 19. Pioneer Insurance is the insurance provider for Personal Protect.
