#PhilHealth Member Portal

In case you didn't know, PhilHealth has a member portal that enables members to easily access their contribution history and payment summary online. With this, PhilHealth members don't need to go to the nearest PhilHealth branch to access their records or check contributions as it is readily available with just a few clicks. PhilHealth's online portal provides convenient access to regularly check your PhilHealth contribution and to ensure that payments are remitted and posted in your account. Click "Register/Login" found under Membership's Member Portal. Once done, click "Send." If you are not yet registered with the PhilHealth member portal, click "Create an Account." Take note that you need to have an existing PhilHealth identification number, email address, and mobile phone number. Accomplish the "Member Portal Account Creation" by providing your basic information, including PhilHealth identification number, name, mobile number, date of birth, and email address. Moreover, other than viewing membership information and checking contributions, the PhilHealth member portal also lets users print their PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR).
