PLDT has introduced the Power Plus Plan which promises 50Mbps speeds for Php2,899 per month. PLDT is planning to offer solar power solutions through monthly subscription plans bundled with its internet services, aiming to make solar energy more accessible to households. The bundle adds a PLDT Landline Plus (PLP) SIM card which can be used with any openline handset and serves as an extension of the fixed landline. Looks like PLDT is aggressively selling its DSL service, now with a residential package of Php999 per month (PLDT Plan 999) at speeds of 384Kbps. With the introduction of DSL Plan 999, I think PLDT will soon be upgrading existing subscribers to higher bandwidths.
