Samsung launched two new rugged devices about two weeks ago, and only now have their prices been revealed. These devices are the rugged phone Samsung Galaxy XCover7 and the rugged tablet Galaxy Tab Active5. Both devices feature an IP68 rating for protection against water and dust, as well as military-grade durability with MIL-STD-810H certification. Nokia has officially released its Nokia 800 Tough in the Philippines—a rugged feature phone designed to withstand extreme conditions. The HONOR X7e comes with a 7,500mAh battery, one of the larger capacities in its class, paired with 45W wired fast charging and 7.5W reverse wired charging for powering other compatible devices. The device also features a 6.61-inch HD+ TFT display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,010 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the device is powered by a UNISOC T7250 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The device also stands out with its Thermo Orange variant, which features a color-changing back panel.
